The aforementioned developer entity shall undertake full legal responsibilities to comprehensively guarantee every user's legitimate independent control rights and exclusive disposal rights regarding their personal platform account information and all types of associated personal private data generated during platform usage.
Throughout the entire whole-cycle process including submitting formal account deletion applications, applying for cancelled account recovery, handling personal data processing matters, and solving various abnormal problems arising from account operation, all platform users have the right to contact the official customer service team of the Lovora platform at any time. In order to comply with national and international personal information protection laws and regulatory requirements, the platform has set up two completely independent, fully compliant and officially recognized account deletion service channels. All users can freely select any one of the two official channels to independently complete the full process of account deletion application and identity confirmation:
After users successfully submit the official account deletion application via any compliant channel, the platform will activate a 30-day official grace period (cooling-off period) by default. During the valid 30-day grace period, if users take the initiative to log in to their corresponding Lovora account through any valid login method, the intelligent platform system will automatically and permanently revoke the previously submitted account deletion application. Meanwhile, your platform account will be immediately restored to the normal usable state, and all historical usage data, personalized custom settings, exclusive functional access permissions and other account-related content stored in the server will be completely retained and fully restored, enabling you to continue enjoying all complete and official platform services without any restrictions.
Once the 30-day official deletion grace period expires completely, the platform's automatic account deletion program will be officially triggered, and the entire account cancellation and personal data erasure process will be fully completed and take permanent legal effect. It is necessary for all users to clearly understand that this official deletion operation is completely irreversible, non-restorable and cannot be revoked or modified in any form. To effectively prevent the loss of your important personal files, usage data and exclusive creative content, the platform sincerely recommends that all users manually back up and save all valuable data and content that need to be retained completely before submitting the formal account deletion application. For the legitimate and compliant operational needs of the platform, including but not limited to daily standardized compliance operation, overall platform data statistical analysis, subsequent product function iteration upgrade, user service experience optimization and other reasonable business purposes, the platform may retain a very small amount of fully desensitized and completely de-identified non-personal data.
